Every knx installation begins with a free site inspection. We confirm the opening dimensions, structural fixings, power availability, traffic profile and any compliance constraints before a product is proposed — because the wrong specification costs far more to correct after installation than to get right beforehand. Once commissioned, the system is handed over with as-built documentation, operator training and a maintenance schedule.
Because KNX sits within our Smart Building & IoT range, it integrates cleanly with the other systems we supply — access control, CCTV, ANPR and building management platforms — rather than sitting on the site as an isolated product. Where you already have equipment from another supplier, we work with it: our service teams maintain and repair third-party installations as readily as our own.
