Authorisation means genuine product, valid warranty, firmware support, factory training for our technicians and guaranteed spare parts availability.
Consultants
We support consultants at design stage with specification writing, product schedules, comparative option studies, drawings and value-engineering advice. This costs nothing and carries no obligation to specify us — a correctly written specification benefits the project regardless of who wins the package.
Main contractors
For main contractors we provide material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments and programme input in the formats required. We are used to working within a construction programme and around other trades.
Facilities management companies
We work as a specialist subcontractor to FM providers, covering the automation and security scope they do not hold in-house, with reporting that integrates into their own client reporting.
