Grand Boulevard Mall Entrance Upgrade
Replacement of 14 main entrance sliders and 2 revolving doors during trading hours, phased over eleven nights with no loss of trading time.
The Challenge
The site could not stop operating for the works, and the existing installation had reached the point where individual repairs were costing more each year than a planned replacement programme.
Our Approach
We inspected every position, produced a phased programme that worked around live operations, and staged materials so each phase could be completed and returned to service within a single shift window.
The Outcome
The programme completed without unplanned disruption to the client's operation. The site now runs on a scheduled maintenance contract with a documented asset register and a known replacement horizon for every position.
